SimCity™ 2000 Special Edition

Love the game and all, but it's not what I expected it to be. I grew up with the Windows version and was expecting it. Nowhere on the page did it indicate it was the inferior DOS version. Still a great game, though.

I was certain that SimCity 2000 Special Edition was the Windows 95 version. This is the DOS version. It's a pretty inferior experience.

Great Game, only letdown is It's the DOS Version instead the Windows Version.

I love this game. Back why I first got it, it was in fact the Windows version. This is not that. I purchased it here again hoping it was the Windows version with a few fixes (ie. 256 color limitation 'bug'), however when I fired it up it was the DOS version. Don't get me wrong, it's still awesome. I just prefer the Windows interface for it better. Still worth the price I paid, I'm just letting others know which version they're getting.

This is the DOS version of SC2K, running on Dosbox. Compared to the Windows version, it is stuck at a lower resolution, takes much longer to launch and exit, and generally feels clunkier.
