Fun, But Frustrating At Times

Subjective Review It's fun, but frustrating at times. Don't let the dated graphics stop you because there's a lot of game behind them. Not sure why gamers today play purposely pixelated games that are so lame when you could play a game like this that is pixelated because that's all there was, but the play is anything but lame. Don't play on the hardest level unless you're ready for some heavy micromanaging over many hours, if not days. There's no way to move units all at once, so tedium makes its appearance as you move each unit, and late in the game there is no joy in that. Some things, like trade elements, require a pencil and paper, unless you've got a great memory. Sid Meir made quite a name for himself back in the day, and this game alone shows why.
