A perfect point and click adventure!
If you like point and clicks, this one is for you. 1. Awesome graphics for the time. 2. Awesome sense of wonder and exploration. 3. Awesome logic puzzles (for the most part, you won't need a walkthrough). 4. It's a little hard to figure out at first, but read the included manual (just the objective part) and you'll be okay!

This game was my childhood.
My sister and I would watch our mom play this game for hours as kids back in the 90's, the cloth Ixupi scared the hell out of me then. I just got this and Shivers 2 for her birthday today as our old disc has been long gone and there seemed to be no way to play this again for years. So glad GOG picked these classics up it would've been a real shame if these gems were lost to time. You can play it "right out of the box" no messing around with settings required.

One of the best games from before 2000
Until I found this game here on gog galaxy, it had been years since I played this. Have played through a few times since finding it here. Great puzzle game and I would say one of the best games out there from the time period.

Mixed review
I never played this when it came out originally so have no nostolgia to fall back on. It's atmospheric, but although some of the puzzles make sense (and some are quite easy) others don't appear to give you any hints as to what they want. (e.g the cog puzzle and the lift tile sequence.) Maybe I've missed a clue but I couldn't find anything and had to go back to the walk through which is a bit annoying. I don't mind puzzles that require you to think, but these seem to be more messing about until you get the right combination which isn't much fun. I haven't played far in, but will likely revisit it. (With a walkthrough sheet to fall back on where needed.)
