You No Mess with Lo Wang

The game was just FUN to play. Discovering and using new weapons and powers was enjoyable. The gameplay got a bit repetitive near the end, and it had a couple spots along the way where you had to kill every hidden enemy/do the hidden thing to be able to unlock the next area to get to- which you wouldn't know before you did it, but I played through the whole thing, which is a rare enough thing for me these days. I found the deeper mythos and story a bit convoluted, but the jokes and aesthetic were self-aware and really hit the mark- I found myself actually looking for and hunting the fortune cookies, even if I didn't need the health, and grinning at the intentional silliness of the jokes, and I always knew what the characters' were after and what their motivations were. All men eat, but Fu Man Chu.

Slashing demons is really exciting

It's a ninja version of DOOM. You can slash a lot of demons using katana, guns, and rocket launcher. However, this game is different from the other fps games because of the katana and skills. You can heal yourself, use a chi-strike, chi-wave, etc. It's one of the best first person slasher game I've ever played. Oh, don't miss the amazing story. You'll miss Hoji if you see the final credit.

could be worse

didn't like it the mayority of the game, the mechanics are repetitive and boring, the levels are good designed and have many secrets to find but some abjets are not well made, sometimes you can´t pass through a 30cm objetc, also you can´t run and jump, just pne at time, the plot is not amazing but at least the characters are funny and lovely, as i said i didn't like it but it's not the worse i've played.

Competent but repetitive

It is ok, locations are beautiful, graphics is great, the story is fun but... it is so repetitive. You enter an arena, get swarmed by plenty of enemies and that is it. The weapons are underpowered so you will use only your sword and that only add to the feeling of doing the exact same thing all over again. The upgrades are really the only thing that makes it little more interesting. If you played first few levels you played them all. I would recommend it only to someone who can play the same thing over and over again and doesnt get bored by it.
