Cutscenes capped at 30 and 22 fps
the game is poorly optimized and the 60fps cutscenes fix update is no implemented in gog version

slightly broken
descent game to pass the time but dont expect to be immersed in the expirience of a great story. the game also has many audio issues the worst for me was the only sound effects for cars that works is crashing noises, no revving of the engine which makes driving, something i missed from 2 and didnt do much of in 4, just boring, or at least a little less exiting. overall id say it needs work for sure, but I doubt it will get much since their working on a new one now. really was looking forward to this game too since my copy for ps3 never worked. this makes me skeptical of buying the new one, make sure to look at reviews of it as well.

Good remaster
SR3R has its problems (like sound issues on win 10 that fixed but fps limiter), but overall it's a quite good remaster of the great game.
