RollerCoaster Tycoon® Deluxe

It's an older game, sir, but it checks out.

I was in elementary school when RCT was released. It was epic then, and it has stood the test of time. There is something deeply satisfying about the way the roller coasters flow, the way you can place gardens and fences with the isometric grid system, and the challenges in each scenario. If you played this and enjoyed it in the past, just get this...it is well worth a replay.

Wenn man die mitunter hakelige Bedienung ausklammert, bekommt man hier ein rundum gelungenes Freizeitpark-Paket mit viel Liebe zum Detail. + hoher Wuselfaktor + viele Einstellmöglichkeiten (z.B. Preisgestaltung, Farben) + viel Feedback durch Statistiken und Besucher + sehr viel Freiheit bei den Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten - teilweise etwas unübersichtliches Grafikdesign - Bedienung in manchen Bereichen umständlich

Im Vergleich zu der Steam Version funktioniert diese hier ohne jegliche Probleme :)

I started playing Rollercoaster Tycoon as a kid when it originally came out, and even after twenty years it still holds up as an excellent game. I am still learning new things about how the game works, which is a testament to how much love and thought was put into the game's development. I've been taking the time to learn about finance management and better coaster building which has made for a much more enjoyable and rewarding experience.
