Nach RoboCops entscheidendem Sieg über Detroits Gangs beginnt indieser eigenständigen Erweiterung nach den Ereignissen von RoboCop: Rogue City ein neues Kapitel.
Der „New Guy in Town“ wurde besiegt, aber auf den Straßen regiert weiterhin das Verbrechen. Ein Hoffnungsschimmer kommt von OCPs neuestem Projekt: OmniTower – ein riesiger Wohnkomplex, der für das Wohlergehen der Bewohner von Old Detroit gebaut wurde. Doch als eine Gruppe hochtrainierter, mit Hightech-Waffen ausgestatteter Söldner die Kontrolle über das Gebäude übernimmt und es in ihre tödliche Festung verwandelt, muss RoboCop einschreiten und ihre Pläne zur Zerstörung von Recht und Ordnung vereiteln.
Mach dich bereit, einer neuen Generation von Feinden gegenüberzutreten: OmniTower ist vollgepackt mit High-Tech-Bedrohungen. Von fliegenden Drohnen bis hin zu explodierenden Robotern und Anti-Personen-Geschütztürmen ist jedes Stockwerk mit tödlichen Fallen gespickt. Elitesoldaten sind schwer bewaffnet. Stelle dich gepanzerten Trupps mit Miniguns, Spezialeinheiten mit Jetpacks und mit Katanas bewaffneten Feinden, die eher Maschinen als Menschen ähneln.
Wenn es zu spät ist, „Freeze“ zu rufen, kannst du dich darauf verlassen, dass RoboCops Arsenal den Kampfgeist des Feindes abkühlen wird. Wähle aus einer großen Vielfalt von Superwaffen, darunter die legendäre Auto-9 oder die brandneue Cryo Cannon, um für Gerechtigkeit zu sorgen. Entfessle RoboCops unübertroffene Stärke, um verheerende Finishing-Moves auszuführen – sei es, den Schädel eines Gegners gegen eine Betonwand oder in den nächsten Getränkeautomaten zu schmettern.

Great DLC! Blasting baddies has never been more fun, especially when the RoboCop theme starts pumping!

More RoboCop? Yes, please
I loved Rogue City and as soon as I finished it I bought this one, it's clearly more like an expansion to RC, and robably some greedy suit at Nacon was huingry for more money and decided to sell it as an standalone game, but that's neithere here or now. The game is great, a few changes iover the base game, the psychology skill is gone, whcih doesn't detract from the experience, you'll still have dialogue options and will be able to roleplay as Robo. You start with some PBCs for teh auto 9 and the first perk in the skills unlocked. That will save you some points and give you access to teh basic skills, and at first you are gonna need them because the game starts throwing armored enemies at you from the start. But the difficulty doesn't stay high for long, after certain point on the story you get access to the 7.2 PBC and it's outright broken, you'll be chewing through enemies like they are made out of paper, making the final stretch of the game more like an sepctacle, a beautiful show of particles and gore. The new weapon is also a highlight, it feels great to use and will never disappoint dispatching groups of enemies. The story is interesting, but the main villain is so machiavelan that I wonder if he actually was in the middle of a manic episode because his actions are so outrageously he might as well be an art school reject. In the technical side of things it was a hit and miss, hit because I was using the exact same settings as in RC , but I didn't get the weird ghosting from moving objects I had before (no, I am not using farme generation), and miss because I kept having microstutters in some places (probably some sort of loading delay idk) that did not happen in the first game. I also got stuck on teh scenary once and one enemy with a minigun bugged on me and I couldn't hurt him even tho he kept pestering me with the minigun, both events required a checkpoint load, so there was no harm done. I recommend it, specially if you liked Rogue City.

More action-packed DLC
It's more of the same just with a lot more shooting. On top of that the sense of humor is spot on.
