A great game!
At the year it was released (1999), it was one of the most incredible games i've ever played at that time. Surely it was a such nice experience, total nostalgy. I'm honored to witness this game at that time. The most incredible part: it ran on my windows 98 at the early 2000, I remember the surprise it was to play a game mixing vehicular / on foot combat and everything else, Redline was the best game experience I had at that moment. Respect this one, it was the greatest experience to the few gamers who could access this game at the 90's.

The multiplayer part of this was best
I remember playing this over 56k modem with my friends, and this game was awesome back in the 90s. It ran really well on most PCs. We never bothered with single player. If you can get the multiplayer working with a friend, this game can be very fun. It's fun trying to beat each other up with all the car weapons.

Endgame difficulty ruins it
This would have been a 4 star review, but the last few levels are ridiculous. It is fun up until that point, and the foot/car combat hydrid is cool for its time. The FOV seems a little off on foot though, and the game can be frustrating even on the earlier levels. I recommend a buy on sale if this sort of game appeals to you,
