Beschreibung
REAL BOUT FATAL FURY 2: The Newcomers is the seventh installment in the Fatal Fury fighting game franchise, and was released in 1998. Based on the same game mechanics as previous installments, REAL BOUT FATAL FURY 2: The Newcomers boasts an evolved version of the 2-line battle, as well as many new features such as: "Break Shot" - a guard cancel system that is available for several moves; also, when a character continues walking, their sway line accumulates, and when a character is knocked down, if the player expertly times the gauge and button action, the character will swiftly get back on their feet.
This time around, two newcomers have been introduced: Li Xiang Fei and Rick Strowd. And Geese Howard makes reappearance as playable character.

Spiel läuft in 4 facher Geschwindigkeit
Spiel läuft in 4 facher Geschwindigkeit und Gamepads werden auch nicht erkannt. Keine Kontrolle und Steuerung möglich. Tastatursteuerung geht zwar ist aber schlecht. Die Spielgeschwindigkeit macht das Game unspielbar. geht Retoure

DotEMU Trash
Cannot rebind controls. Have to use an external program to get this slow port with input lag to even work correctly with an arcade stick. The only redeeming quality, is it comes with the ROM so you can legally emulate it after. Just use fightcade.

Honestly, almost shockingly bad port.
I am honestly stunned that SNK felt ok releasing something this slapdash. I can barely call this port of a classic functional with it lacking many basic features. Can't rebind controls, can't recognize controllers, no visual options, no game options, nothing. At most you are better off just ripping the rom files right out and then use the emulator of your choice to get things working more properly. A best case scenario here would be for SNK to just let Code Mystics do a more proper port of this game and other titles, similar to Garou or KoF98. To have this game in such a state is just a huge shame given that I have heard that this is one of the best entry games towards SNK.

do not buy
Nothing works as it should the button layout the game speed is out of control and you can't change the button layout within the client.
