Exactly What You Wanted

Unlike a lot of Indie games I've taken a chance on; this game is exactly what it presents itself as. If you played and enjoyed the old Doom and it's many clones you're gonna feel right at home here. It feels just like those games with the added RPG elements like attributes, perks, weapon upgrades and so forth. These elements make the game more interesting without being terribly complex or distracting from the action so a nice addition. Overall the game is a smooth, fast-moving, action-packed stress killer.

Really good game.

The game itself tells you what to do. It's just kill kill and kill. The soundtrack is really nice and totally make your imersion great. The weapons are nice (but you can't undo any "mistake upgrade) and you just update your style of playing every time you upgrade it. The graphics are incredible good and if you spend one hour playing this, you will be crying, because the flashs and speed are so intense that you literaly cry. Levels are nice, with some keys around to get, open doors, kill more weird stuffs, get more keys and treasures, points... Everything to level up and upgrade for next stage. If you are thinking to buy or not, i can tell you: Totally worth it.

Ouh Yeah

We need moreeeeeeeeeeeee the game is great, the sensations that it leaves are incredible, it is a game that calls you for nostalgia and makes you play it for how the formula works. To put it mildly is a Heretic / Hexen but improved, brutalized, and I do not know what else but you get an idea. It is worth it and more for this price. Let's see if they get more content or more games.

Breath of fresh air

Been a while since I played something similar to Hexen/Quake/Doom... I've picked up a lot of "oldschool shooter" games lately and none actually have hit the mark quite like this one. I do have a few complaints though, * Spells are a little clunky, light spell is required for some levels and switching from light to another spell is cumbersome * Spells are introduced very late (unless I missed some secrets?), the first spell I got that isn't light was the storm and I never managed to buy it (weapon upgrades cost the same points as spells, and storm was a lot of mana I would only be able to cast it once) * Trait points are poorly explained (just says 5 SP = 1 PP so I thought I could spend 5 points on a trait... but only after a while did I realize they meant you get 1 trait point every 5 levels) * Some collision of shots make it kind of difficult to use guns sometimes, clutter on the ground gets in the way of your shots despite the sprite being very small. * The cooldown for swinging the axe and dagger is very difficult to nail down, sometimes I have to wait two whole seconds before I can swing the axe again, sometimes it's immediately after. I have no idea or feedback on how to swing the axe properly. * Stabbing with the dagger is janky, holding the fire button for slightly longer than a split second and it won't stab because holding it down means you're throwing the dagger, but you didn't hold it long enough to throw it so it just does nothing instead DESPITE all of these complaints, game FEELS amazing and there's nothing like it right now. Guns feel amazing, upgrading the guns makes the guns feel like new. Lots of secrets along the lines of Wolfenstein 3D/Doom and non-linear levels allows for exploration for your first time around, and some secrets unveil shortcuts in the level allowing you to sequence break levels allowing you to play the level differently. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that there will be modding support or level/campaign creation tools.

Great FPS can be challenging!

From what I have played so far I really enjoy this game. My only wish so far is that it is way to easy to lose your progress because starting a new game accidentally happens too fast. Please do somthing about this!!!
