Two Point Hospital is better
I don't think I need to add more than the title, but yeah. TPH is simply better in every respect. At least that one has a sense of humour about things which thoroughly enhances one's enjoyment of the game. Simply put, if you want a GOOD hospital management game, then don't bother with this sub-par rubbish. Get Two Point Hospital instead.

The game is a breath of originality in a sea of copycats. The developers are very active and responsive to feedback. The game is easy to mod and with further development it could be another Banished.

Realistic, Challenging and FUN
Project has the player dealing with a hospital-life simulation through real diseases and their respective treatments all while hiring the right people and making sure each room is efficient and effective at their designated duties.
