Populous™: The Beginning

Its as fun as I remember it. <3

My father introduced me to this game when i was like 4 and eversince I wondered where I'd find it again. If you like strategy games that require army and settlement building and enforcing with some magic in the mix, this is a game for you. Command the elements from fireballs to lightning strikes, earthquakes, tornadoes, conjure a massive volcano and tear your enemies apart. Attack them from the sky in ballons with your Shaman and firewarriors while your warriors and priests take them down from the ground. And when its available, summon the angel of death (a dragon) and absolutely tear the enemy apart. And in the finale at the final level, do it all as an omnipresent God and make sure you are the only God when you are through purging the enemies of your people.

This is simply my absolute all time favorite game. The game play is so simple so you really have to think it through. The levels get progressively harder, of course it's an old game so there are limitations for the opponent "AI" but playing against friends will always be thrilling. 10/10, i wish there was more of it!

I always watched my cousin play but now I can see what the challenge was lol...Yah bless

It is a game of childhood memories, easy to play and fun. It requires basic computer resources to play.
