Why is there a minimum
Character limit for reviews. Just let me say how many stars it is and go on with my life. Dorks.

Give it a chance...
I know this does not sound like a fun game, but it really is worth checking out. It is definitely not for everyone, but I think most people will be pleasantly surprised once they play it. This game let's you do all kinds of fun stuff. You can search people, deny those you don't like, work with spies or rebels, meet colorful people, and stamp passports. I had you at stamp passports right? =) One of my favorite aspects of this game is that it does a great job of blurring the lines between right and wrong. Should you take the bribe to get medicine for your family, or just detain the criminal for the glory of Arstotzka? It may not sound like much, but once you have named your family you start to get a little bit attached. Also, there are different endings, and an endless mode to keep you playing. So give it a try, because someone must wield the mighty accept/deny stamp.

Really unique, accessible, and addicting
I played the beta of this a few months back and loved it. The full version is better and longer (obviously). The style of the game fits perfectly with the era and fictional countries (based on Cold War era Eastern Europe). This game is a must-buy and I'd recommend it to any sort of gamer. As an employee of customs/border patrol, you must check all incoming foreigners of the country. It's easy initially but the amount of restrictions and procedures increases as the situations change (eg. terrorism or known felons). What makes the game tense is that you can't spend all your time checking documents. You must act fast as your pay is based on the number of people cleared. If you clear only a few people, at the end of the day you won't have enough money for food, heating, and medicine for your family and they can die. It's a grim situation but it's really exciting and addicting to play.

Surprisingly addictive
Who would have thought a game about stamping paperwork could be so good? In this game you play as a citizen of Arzstotzka chosen to be the only border agent between your crumbling, Eastern European dictatorship and the rest of the world. While stamping passports you will deal with terrorists, smugglers and shadowy rebellions as well expired passports. The game starts easy and becomes surprisingly tense as it goes on. A fresh style of gameplay, atmosphere and a surprising humor really make this game worth your while.
