It's hard & colorful
It's decent game, if you love hard & pretty ones, try this one. It's very challenging, but artstyle is gorgeous. It mostly features combat & platforming + some sort of currency along with aloe for potions. Gone for artstyle, but expected more.

Native American BOTW, fraction of budget
The game is short but sweet. Just when it starts to feel repetitive it introduces a new mechanic or ability and every level has a different theme so as to keep things interesting. The developers definitely knew their limitations and maximized the games potential despite it. They wanted breath taking vistas and an immersive atmosphere and so opted for a cartoonish, low-poly aesthetic to fit it all. They focused on having strong, hooking gameplay but didn't want to reinvent the wheel, deciding instead to use gameplay elements they knew people enjoyed and ran with it (pun intended), making the controls feel familiar and intuitive. At the end of it all, the game doesn't overstay its welcome but does sprinkle secrets throughout the levels so as to incentivize exploration and backtracking. On a cultural level, this game is something that strikes a chord with me and is something I will forever hold dear to my heart. Finally, a game that celebrates my tribe as well as our neighboring tribes of the region. I am Yoeme, descendant of the Hiaki tribe. Having a game that showcases the beauty of our brothers and sisters cultures is so significant for us that it may have a real world impact for us on the world stage, at least a little. There is even a Deer Dancer in the village center of Paquime. From that moment, I knew I would love this game. To the developers, and knowing many of whom were Natives as well, thank you.

Geschichte die fesselt
In Mulaka spielt man einen Krieger, einen Schamanen, der mit Unterstützung von Natur und Übernatürlichen, sowie feiner Hack&Slay oder anderen Movies wie Speerwurf oder Feuerbomben werfen, auf Reise geht, um die Welt vom Bösen zu befreien ... ... scheint nicht tiefsinnig, typisch Äktschn. Die Story aber ist tiefgehend, inspiriert von den als Langstreckenläufer bekannten, in Nord Mexico ansässigen indigenen Volk der Tarahumara, und vermittelt viel Wissen, was man gerne aufsaugt. Das Spiel kommt ohne Synchronstimmen aus, der Text ist übersichtlich und nicht zuviel, die Zwischensequenzen bestehen aus sehr schönen Bildern und Geschichte in Text. Das Gameplay ist gut, aber nicht top: die Kamera muss immer manuell eingestellt werden, was in hektischen Situtionen nicht immer klappt. Der Charakter verbleibt bei erfolgten Kombos in einer kurzen, millisekunden langer Starre, was oftmals einen gegnerischen Treffer zufolge hat, sofern mehr als zwei Gegner einen umkreisen. Das treffen von fliegenden Gegnern mit dem Speer erweist sich als schwer. Das Genre merkt man Mulaka aber trotzdem gut an, man ist schnell drin, besonders als Genre Fan, und es macht Spaß den Gegnern kostenfreie Nackenschläge zu geben. Die Bossfights sind spaßig, teils fordernd, aber später auch gern hektisch. Insgesamt empfehle ich Mulaka: für Fans von Indie-Hack&Slay, kampflastiger Actionadventures und Actionfans, die es mit Story mögen. 10% der Einnahmen gehen als Spende an die Taramuhara Gemeinde, finde ich ne jutte Sache.

Unable to Play
With very odd and unnormal controls, cannot play the game as normal, unable to assign "ctrl" "alt" key so make "jump" will against "doge", camera too fast even set to lowest. The keyboard control will mess with mouse then makes mouse a freeze bug. Totally shit control, don't buy this, and game not fun, plain and visual-tired, wasted my $1.
