Simply Unplayable

I'm not sure if this is the beta release, or the official launch from Taleworlds, because the game is absolutely horrible. I have always loved the Mount and Blade games, but this one is virtually unplayable. There are so many bugs in the game I wouldn't even know where to start. I sincerely hope that Taleworlds will be releasing an updated version of the game, because this one is really bad.

Go play Brytenwalda instead

Just download and play the Brytenwalda mod instead. Its made by the guys who made this dlc, but is much better, and free. In fact I'd argue Brytenwalda is better than vanilla Warband in every way, so just go it.

Better than the so called mods....

Personally I have not seen any bugs. But then again I did not buy this expansion on GOG. In this expansion there seems to actually be a story. I do not know if there are multiple stories or not because I have only played one faction. It could be depending on what faction you play. Anyways for what I have seen there is a bunch of new content such as the ability to have your own settlement. I have built one but could not seem to get it furnished for some reason. You can still recruit men in villages but you need the elders permission this time. Depending on if you play on easy or not he may say yes or no, which can possibly prevent you from recruiting in that village by his answer. Also new in the features is the ability of decapitation. I never checked this because generally this may be good in FPS games but I don't really like it in my RPG's except maybe Dragon Age. There are more features buy you will have to play the game.

Why sell something that barely works?

I have just purchased this game & am having so many issues with it, on a two year old computer. In my opinion, to sell something like this to people who support your work is disrespectful. I cant even play what i purchased. I truly hope that bannerlords recieves more patience during the creation process.

Half-assed copy of a mod

With over a dozen mods tried and played MB: Warband and over 650 h on my steam account on this game, you possibly can say I made my homework. If I were a reviewer. Honestly this DLC is not worth the money. Stick to the main game and its countless mods on the nexus and other mod sites. Basically this is nothing more than a half-assed copy of the Brytenwalda mod. I saw a lot of mods with better gear, better soundtrack, better cities and castles amd whatsonot. Most of the new content you`ll find in this DLC has been made earlier by modders and in most cases significantly better. My only explanation for this is that the devs were in dire need of money. I mean, I don`t even know how this is possible, but somehow they screwed up the UI. The music itself is really good, but has only a few, short tracks. most of the time I was listening to crickets chirrping during combat.
