this game was the father of call of duty
the grandfather to modern fps games and the father to call of duty and infinity ward the people who made this ended up making CoD 1, CoD 2, CoD 4, MW2, Titanfall 1, Titanfall 2, Apex Legends and now Zampella is making the next Battlefield

too much jank
I wanted to play this since there hasn't been a medal of honor game for a long time but this isn't it. I can't stand the hip fire only and the "sniper rifles" in the game are some randomly inaccurate it's crazy. You could have the crosshairs dead center on an enemy and it will just randomly shoot off the helmet and they don't die or if you do it them they take 2-3 shots some at times it feels but it happens so randomly you'll not understand why it's doing it. Your better off hip firing the tompson or any other full auto machine gun. I got to the snow mission and I just couldn't stand the random bs anymore.

Extremely unfair
Hardly any ammo to pickup from downed enemies, forcing me to use sniper rifle for close quarters combat. Spawning enemies in clear areas that are complete dead shots. Great music though, and a trip down memory lane. I will beat this game, but once I have I dont think I'll ever play it again. Later games are more forgiving, which actaully makes them more fun to play.

Bad in its time and worse now.
I get it, MOH: Allied Assault was released in 2002, but man, as someone who was alive and playing games then, this game was disappointing. Enemies have inconsistent behaviour, bullets do inconsistent damage, the gunplay was lackluster. If you really have fond memories, its probably best to leave them alone, because I promise this game is not as good as you remember.
