!!!HOW TO RUN CROSSWORLDS ON iOS!!!
iOS under WINE instructions!!! Game is great and since I switched to all MAC everything it has been a pain with gaming... even with WINE as not everything runs or sometimes runs, but you can't really use it because of various glitches... Still love WINE and I do thank everyone involved for making it happen as it really really helps!!! Here is how to run KING'S BOUNTY: CROSSWORLDS on iOS (I just upgraded to Sierra 10.12 version). I am also running it on a MacBook Pro with integrated Iris 4000 graphic video card (1536mb dynamic video memory) and have a 13,3" retina display, 1,6Ghz Core i5 Intel processor and 8gb RAM. It is so super simple!!! Just install the game using WINE. After installation the game should load, but your screen should be all jacked up and you'll be hearing musing and seeing nonsense of a graphics disorder...) Now the important part!!! You need to add just one line to the game.ini file BUT, not the game.ini file which is located in the obvious Program Files/etc directory (that one you will just keep editing and nothing will keep happening - took me some time making a fool of myself to figure it out)!!! For whatever reason when you install the GOG version of the game, the installation places a second game.ini file (which the game actually uses) in /Users/(whatever the name you've chosen is)/Documents/My Games/Kings Bounty Crossworlds So just find that file and add in the bottom of it: setf ~cl_menu3d 0 Save the changes and THAT'S ALL!!! It is indeed as simple as that and took me two days of searching after work to find some sort of solution to this! So fellas with MAC computers ENJOY THIS GEM!!! Maybe addictive, but extremely silly
This game is a big delusion. Apart from the improved grafic, it looks like an old Heroes of might and magic game, without cities. So many things are disappointing: the little story you have is incredibly silly; the dialogs are totally useless (I simply click all the possible answers without reading them); there isn't so much strategy after all, apart from buying the right troops; and, finally, all you have to do is to explore all the maps and fight all the enemies - yuhu!

GOG version is WAY overpriced
I discovered this fantastic game on GOG. Yeah. But since I did not know whether I would like it I decided to check Steam. Found the original King's Bounty: Armored Princess for $6.95. Bought it, and enjoyed it like I haven't enjoyed a game in a very, very long time. According to Steam I logged close to 280 hours playing it. That's quite amazing. The version I got does not include Crossworlds and I would very much like to get it (though by some accounts the expansion adds fairly little to the original game). If I do get it on Steam for $9.95 I will have paid for the whole package some 30% less than what GOG wants.
