Jazz Jackrabbit Collection

This game is, without a doubt, the best Sonic-like game I've ever played. The music kicks all of the ass on the planet, the graphics are colourful, the levels are very well-designed, the gameplay is really tight... It's a timeless classic, in my book. Well worth checking out.

This game is my childhood and is probably one of the greatest sidescrollers for the PC. Also the music composed by Alexander Brandon is awesome. The 90s mascot of PC games is back :).

The game itself is pretty fun, but the original game has a very limited field of view, which makes the gameplay feel overly careful. Especially since the view down/upwards is *very* limited. This, in my opinion, doesn't really feel right for a game marketed as fast paced. I think JJ2 had this just right. I would personally recommend getting the open source engine recreation "OpenJazz" since it will allow you use a custom resolution, bringing you a JJ2-like experience to JJ1.

THIS GAME IS NOSTALGIA!!! ONE OF THE BEST 90s PLATFORMER GAME!!! A MUST BUY!!! I used to play this game when I was a kid in my uncle's house. I remember me and my cousins struggled to get past level 3(Medivo) because we found it really hard to beat that turtle boss. Now, I can finally finish this game and play the bonus levels. When I saw it released on GOG I immediately bought it, plus it got a 10% discount. This game is very hard to find nowadays and GOG selling the FULL version of this game with no compatability issues with modern Operating System(Windows 10) is a massive plus. I also think this game is priced fairly eventhough it's an old 90s game, you got to consider the fact that finding a physical or full digital copy of this game that runs on modern OS with no hiccups is not easy. This game is worth buying!!!
