THE TIME IS NOW! BUY HARVESTER ON GOG! plus, there's a bunch of goodies that come with your purchase... like the soundtrack and readable stuff... I've played this four times since I bought it, now I'm trying to speed run it... it will never get old. just remember to save before you walk on the janitors freshly mopped floor, you might not have what it takes. Harvester is undeniably, one of the best adventure horror game, along with i have no mouth and i must scream and Sanitorium (both on gog), but this one is the most original. It's like David lynch woke up one day and thought 'today i feel like doing a video game' Really, that's the best description i can think of.

A classic FMV point and click horror game. It's as funny as it is bizarre, gory, and other worldly. The FMV scenes are shot really well, and the whole experience is just really enjoyable. It really makes you feel like you're playing a trashy horror movie from the 80s/90s - the BEST kind of horror movies. You always were a kidder Steve. Back in 1998 I got this game for my 16 birthday. It was one of my favorite games since then. I loved the atmosphere, story and quirky characters. Gore was so over the top, that I didn’t mind. Some puzzles were terribly designed, combat was very bad and visuals weren’t that good, but I still enjoyed this eerie trip to the town of Harvest a lot. I lost my physical copy long time ago, but couple years back somebody gifted me a GOG copy. Played it again, and it was still the same weird but amusing trip. It's kind of a “you had to be there game” though. If you’re not into the clunky FMV adventure games, with bizarre stories, you probably won’t liked it.
