Better than Rome Total war ahead of time
This is possibly one of the best war games ever made. It is certainly in my opinion the best war game ever made about the antiquity and Bronze age. 20 years on its still the best! Not only can you reenact historic battles that are portrayed accurately, you can change the attributes and variables and change history!

Very Good...but not for evry one
Very good and fun. If I remember well it's to some extent of a very good paper wargame. Still I'm unable to launch correctly GBoC while the two other work flawlessly...

Needs a Windows 10/11 update
Otherwise these were some excellent strategy games, i would definitely recommend them to ancient history enthusiasts who may be using older operating systems that can run this. It's a damn shame it won't run on newer o/s and I really GOG can team up with the IP owners to make some kind of patch/update one day. I would love to be able to play these games again.

PC wargame masterpiece
The game is a faithful translation of one of the best tactical wargame series ever produced on Ancient period: having extensively played the boardgame during the nineties, when I bought the PC game I was very happy to find the same flavour and rigorous mechanichs of the original series. A must have for anyone with strong interest in wargaming.
