Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition

No hyperbole, one of the greatest video games of all time. Hbomberguy is right, this game is a work of genius. Also, it's worth checking out the Viva New Vegas mod guide on Github for a less buggy, nicer looking experience in 2022.

Hi, I just got back from Vault 22 - so You know it's rather early in the game. So far I had 3 or 4 buggy saves. Every time I tried to load them up it caused the game to crash. I unistalled the game. Maybe one day after it's gonna be fixed I'll return to the Mojave wasteland. For now, I'm done - I don't have the time to repeat my deads from earlier saves. Exept that the game itself has a good story ( till the moment I played ) and decent mechanics.

Hab es auf Steam, Ultimate Edition, absolut TOP, am besten gefällt mir jedoch der Hardcore Modus, das ist eine Art Survival Modus wie man ihn aus Spielen wie 7 Days to Die oder Rust kennt, also wenn man nicht isst und trinkt dann krepiert man ^^ aber auch andere Eigenschaften sollte man beachten, nicht nur die 2. Ich finde New Vegas am besten, spiele ich schon seit 13 Jahren immer mal wieder gerne, Teil 3 und 4 auch hin und wieder aber die gefallen mir nicht so gut wie NV. Vielleicht liegt es an der Atmosphäre des Spiels. Das Setting ist schon klasse und vermittelt einem das doch sehr realistisch, mehr als die meisten Survival Spiele heutzutage. Ich kann gerade New Vegas sehr empfehlen auch die MOD "New California" ist sehr zu empfehlen. Am besten einfach mal spielen, wer Fallout Fan ist, dem rate ich das sogar, du verpasst sonst was, ein schönes gutes Spiel 😊

Important: use the viva new vegas modding guide (google it) to reduce crashes by 99%. You'll thank me later. It only crashed once in my 100 hour playthrough. Other than that, this is objectively the best game that's come out in 20 years, due to the sheer amount of playstyles and choices you have. The modding community fixed the game to the point where it's damn near perfect.

This game as sold is nearly completely non functional on many windows 10 systems. It requires extensive forum searching, patching, modding, missing required direct x files, etc. This is a known and frequently reported issue with the game. It is irresponsible to mention that this game "Works on " Windows 10" when the GOG forums are flooded with those with Windows 10 unable to get the vanilla game to function. Great game, bad implementation.
