A bumpy ride
I love these open world third person games. ive played everything from Dungeon Lords to Arcania,but i have to say,ive never met such an unforgiving game as this.Even on the Easy difficulty (yeah,had to go there in the end) the game throws groups of enemies that kill you in seconds within the first ten minutes if you happen to walk into the wrong area. But despite the rough edges ,such as stilted animations that make combat a real chore, voice acting that runs from ok to awful (the main character sounds like a serial killer, and im sure Nathan Fillon from Firefly does one of the voices) and the usual bugs (floating characters, vanishing into the floor, ect) , its the world and story that have kept me playing for 25 hours so far. And ive barely dented the huge map. if you can forgive the hickups,and hopefully they will be addressed sooner rather than later, this is a huge world you can lose yourself in for weeks. And you get to fly around with a jetpack, whats not to like?
