Diablo + Hellfire

Where's the Mac version? :(

"Diablo" habe ich über 500 Stunden gespielt. Aber es ist denkbar schlecht gealtert - und die möchtegern hochaufgelöste Grafik ändert daran gar nichts. Bis auf die Musik ist für mich kein Aspekt des Spiels mehr erträglich. Ich rate allen vom Kauf ab, die das Spiel wie ich 20 Jahre nicht mehr gespielt haben. Ihr werdet genauso enttäuscht sein.

Bought the game thinking i can play it with no problems only to find you have to do a million different things to get the game working which i dont know how to do. Im new to PC games and im on the steam deck and i tried using the heroic games app to launch diablo and everything looks normal until i decide which version i want to play example: (Diablo, Diablo classic, Hellfire, video settings, Exit) when i try to select the game version it just takes me back to heroic to my game library.

For those who played newer iterations of this genre such as D2 (MXL), D3, PoE among others, the game is almost unplayable without mods. With mods such as belzebub it is a better experience but still not enough. It is a shame that D1 has the best story and atmosphere in the series, slightly better presented than D2 and leagues ahead of D3. The dark colour palette and the tomes narrating the story are quite immersive. At a significant discount from this price point, I would recommend giving it a go with a mod like belzebub, hell 2 or devilutionX but not at its full price or the typically offered modest 25%.

No bnet included with the HD version. This needs to be stated on the landing page. Put in a ticket requesting redund as I already owned the base game and had no need for the HD version if it did not come with bnet. Was offered wallet funds only. No thanks, deceitful marketing. It also seems that bnet is broken in the classic version as the multiplayer files are not reading levels, so you can't play past normal. Skip this if all you care about is bnet. Poor customer service.
