Slop

Not much good about it, there is only one type of bike and it sucks, even when fully upgraded. missions are so boring, not worth playing.

Days Gone - jarring cutscenes

Just started the game and found the constant cutscenes and loading screens jarring. Not sure of the developer's intentions but the game, for me, is unplayable because of them. Nothing takes you out of a game's immersion than the controls being jerked from you. Game looks pretty though.

Boring game

This truly has to be one of the most unfunniest games I've played in recent years. Everything feels slow and clunky, from menu to turning around. But there's motorbikes chases ! Should be fun ! I've kept groaning through all of them, wishing they'd end soon - no nitro will help you really. There's not much of them, but each time I was like "Ah sh*sh*tsh*tsh*tsh*t, here we go again". The item wheel is annoying, the dialogue is usually dragging on, Deek's character is insufferable, helping random people brings more annoyance with non-ending streams of zombies making them last longer and longer, wolves that run as fast as your nitro-boosted bike, the fueling of the bike, etc. etc. etc. Dying Light was so far ahead in terms of gameplay and quality of life features. Okay, it's a slower paced game. But it really felt like everything was taking ages. Let's Metroid your start by ripping you from your good gear, that's a good cliché to start a game with. Why not leave the good bike and adapt gameplay around that ? The game's beautiful though. Lots of scenic views. Muddy tracks after the rain. Lovely starry nights. I'm not done yet, but I'm only going to complete it because I paid for it.
