11 hours in... bored.

Decided to buy this game, as I was searching for some AAA goodnes. Overall graphics and presentations is actually very good. Character skills and overall systems interesting. Prologue impactful and satisfying. Story is definitely intriguing. My main negatives are: * Tons of equipment that mostly looks the same. Assault rifles/shotguns seem useless. * Netrunning definitely overpowered. Even thou I found it a bit boring, in the end. * Loads and loads of side missions that feels mostly the same. * Cities are busy but empty. * 0 interactions with non-story NCPs. * Outside story missions, the game loops is quite boring. Most of my 11 hours with the game has been aimless and boring grinding. The only exciting bits where the cyberpsycho. But the excitement quickly vanish when you realise that every encounter with a cyberpsyco is confined in a certain area. You leave the area. Wait for health to replenish and chip away at its health until you kill/incapacitate it.

CyberPunk 2077

Mediocre. The system requirements shown for this game are a fallacious display of marketing to a wider audience. Most folks do not yet possess a RTX 2080 or above, an i9 or very fast i7 and an upwards of 16gb of ram. If the developer had listed the true requirements they would have sold less copies. This and the other blatant lies around the performance on the older consoles has left a sour taste in my mouth to say the least. Perhaps consider purchasing this game at a later date. In it's current state I cannot with a clear conscience recommend this game.

Game of cut contents

So the marketing branch, Witcher 3, and ourselves raised quite a few expectations towards the game and unfortunately most of these have not been met. Even at the last few months before release we could hear/see about features, contents that never actually turned up in the game. My biggest problem with the game that it is not an RPG and that was my main expectation. The story is great, the characters are mostly good, with a few amazing one, and none bland or uninteresting. However we can't make decisions, the life paths doesn't really matter. You have a few dialog choices, but mostly of no consequence, in a few lines later the dialog is back at its original curse. Sometimes you may make a decisions, but it is mostly about doing/not doing something, seldom any of it have any impact at all. Often I felt in some conversations that I missed a quest or something because it doesn't make much sense or was just simply weird. The looting/modding system is a disaster. Pure immersion breaking with magic weapons with poision and fire dmg. And the player has to loot and change equipment all the time. A meaningful modding system for fire rates, different ammo could made this immersive, but having the same weapon do different dmg because you obtained it later is ridiculous. I ran around in a t-shirt because it has more armor than the combat armors I found. Upgrading stuff is too pricey to be used. But clothes or the lack of them doesn't matter in interaction so what is the point? The game feels shallow. I feel that some management decisions killed the creativity and lead to lot of cut meaningful content. I don't care about technological issues the engine will be amazing after some fixes, but the lack of deeper story, interaction is a problem, which might not be solved. Fallout New Vegas remains the (uncrowned?) king of open world RPGs. This game had and still has a lot of potential but it should have more depth.

Bestes PC Game 2020

Ja es ist noch verbuggt !!! (patch????) +Story und Cyberpunk setting Superkrass !!! +Grafik mit Raytracing mit entsprechender Hardware optisch sehr ansprechend (leicht unscharf patch???) +Deutsche sprachausgabe Top !!!! -Fahrzeugsteuerung und Minimap beim fahren zu klein (patch???) -viele bugs (patch???) Super Game was mit der Zeit noch besser wird !!!!!!!!!!

Buggy mess. CDPR execs' corpo move

The game is a masterpiece. What the developers and artists did is out of this world. So many details where it shows their love. But then the corpo dick move. It always comes down to greed, doesn't it? CDPR was the last company I somehwat trusted and put my faith in. Won't be buying from GOG until you fix your mess.
