that's how much content and bug free it is. not to mention optimized.

It started with a bang but got more and more disappointing, to the point I have suddenly stopped playing and waiting for coming patch 1.2. It feels like they focused a lot in the first 10-15 hours and later lost interest, or rushed to release. I think Night City is a super cool futuristic city but it feels empty in a way. There are no mini games etc to interact with NPCs. All you can do is to go around for missions. I haven't completed the mainstory yet but so far so good. There are a LOT of side missions and gigs too and some of them are really good and intense. I've found critical bugs and flaws which totally destroy the immersion of the game. -Super bad AI for cops and other NPC.. -Friendly just stare in fights... -First boss in first huge mega fight suddenly freezed (Breaking point)... Yeah there's a lot.. I strongly recommend to wait at least 6 months before buying until CDPR have released patches and hopefully some good DLCs, or wait for a sale. At current date I would wait and buy other games instead. I can't believe they release this game at this state. From 2013 trailer "Coming when It's ready" Yeah, right...

I knew it from the beginning that if this game turned out to be a 7/10 I'd still probably enjoy it. I'm a huge fan of the genre in all types of media and had researched into the PnP enough to be excited about it. I bought into Pondsmith saying "if someone can make Cyberpunk and not stick the label on it and make something else, it's CDPR". Artistically and writing wise, that's pretty much true. But sadly, the game itself from a mechanics standpoint is very much uninspired and outright unfinished. I'm sad to see that CDPR ended up being that company with great artistic design and true adult quality writing but maybe, sadly, not that great game designers. . I hate to be that guy, but in the end, the game used nothing from the PnP system and drifted away from mechanics that would help convey the feeling the story does succeed at, and instead turned out an uninspired, shallow looter shooter Far Cry where vehicles and verticality are just a means to "getting there", with very little sandbox. In order for a game adapting Cyberpunk to be considered successful in my opinion, you can't strip so much of it to have everything be a percentual increment to three major types of guns and broken hacking, with rinse and repeat, frankly fun and addicting but overall mind-numbing gameplay. Next time, please, start with the game design. I can't believe how boring the cyberware is, but the problem is precisely in not designing a better gameplay loop and systems. You literally have cybereyes with options, none of which is night, thermal or infrared vision, because gameplay isn't built around them. You have two types of legs, none of which makes you faster or more silent, because the same... I don't feel like a professional customizing my cyberdeck or buying and modifying weapons because the Borderlands "rarity loot tags" are antithetical to the setting. It's a damn shame, because I've seen a lot of love put in there by artists, writers and musicians but some weren't doing their job.

Played through nomad life path.. Story is okay.. Replayability is zero.. I got bored after 1 playthrough. Most choises don't matter.. limited romance options (options locked behind gender) no water physics worse vehical handling you can't save your friend npc.. in this so called "RPG" Side quest are not that interesting. Main storyline and length of quest is very small compared to witcher 3. Game had lot of potential but CDPR screwed this game hard.. Not worth the money! Its a incomplete mess even after ignoring all the bugs.

The good is the gameplay, gunfiring, melee less so, there are some great moments in quest, main and side ones. it feels fun doing the jobs. there are some great NPCs in here too. But... -Glitches. period. ...everybody says it's full of glitches, and I've seen then, some funny, others rather annoying. I had to move the game to a ssd because cars would not load properly. Like, this is the only game I had to move to a SSD to actually make it more playable. -stats. Yes it's a rpg, but I imagine, this game would've been much better if it was a GTA clone. I've heard some stuff about the game being "style over substance" and being able to dress however I wanted... not, I had to use anything that had the highest stats, just like the memes of "Dressing for the Lobby/Dressing for the boss". The increment of stats, they are like "10% decrease in air resistance", "5% more chances of finding junk in a room", all I had to continue the game was a gun I found in a quest, stealth and my skills with the mouse. -Personalization, it's close to none, I was actually hoping to make a character that was mine, but it turns out, I found it limited, at least compared with what I was expecting. I wanted at least to be able to use "stock" V, but nope, "V is my character, that's just a sugestion". - The main story, it has great moments, but isn't to my please, and the ending, while i felt that was fitting (more fitting with some headcannoning), it still feels like I ... did it wrong or it wasn't what V wanted, when it felt kinda obvious that V wanted that relic thing out of his head, and there are dialogues about not liking Johnny around sometimes. - Why, why can't I keep stolen cars??? V can do all things illegal BUT keep stolen cars. "You have to be linked with it by buying it" isn't Netrunning a thing? and Why they have to stop near mission areas, why can't I drive closer to mission points??
