Blade Runner

I got this game when it was released (I still remember the huge billboard advert that was in my town - most unusual for a small town like mine). It truly is a fantastically atmospheric adventure. Really a follow through of the vision of the movie. 13 different endings, branching story, good main character. Well worth buying. 👌

My old time point and click game is back! Wuhoo! I still have original game and the game box in good condition, but getting it back with GOG treatment is huge boon! If you want to play one of the most iconic and thematic games of the last decades, try this one! It captures the feeling of the original movie and does that well! There was/are bugs and the game is not easy, but even if you only play part of this game, it awards you with good moments.

I hope they put something back into the community that brought this game back to life. Years of waiting for a new release and nothing happens until the scumm team fix it. Whoever is making the profit has a debt to pay.

Damals auf stolze 6 CD´s gepresstes Spiel, ist es heute kaum mehr als ein paar Fotos auf dem Handy... Okay, die Dateninflation ich weiss! Mich hat das Spiel damals sofort gepackt! Stimmung und Grafik waren schon besonders. Auch das Entscheidungen im Spiel sich auf die möglichen Enden auswirken, war meines wissens neu und faszinierend! Wenn ich mich recht erinnere waren es 6! unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten! Mindestens 5 hatte ich auch erreicht. Die Trailer zum Spiel lassen mich sofort an alles erinnern, wie es war, es zu spielen. Was mich allerdings auch veranlasst, es NICHT zu kaufen! Ich weiss...vielleicht merkwürdig nach der ganzen Zeit aber ich meine, es wäre dann nur ein "Durchrushen" durch das Spiel. Wer es noch nicht kennt, sollte es aber mal versuchen! Auch wenn die Grafik unmöglich mit heutigem Standart mithalten kann, so ist die erzeugte Stimmung grandios und die wenigen Euros allemal wert!

Dieses Spiel habe ich schon 1997 gekauft, damals war es so faszinierend gut um gesetzt wie der Film. Die Atmosphere ist einmalig und auch jahrzehnte später lässt es sich sehr gut spielen. 1997 waren die Anforderungen an die PC Hardware sogar so hoch, dass ich mir dafür eine neue CPU und Grafikkarte gekauft hatte. Heute läuft es auf jedem halbwegs guten PC, die Rätsel haben noch einen Schwierigkeitsgrad, der den Spieler fordert und nicht langweilt, knobeln und Subtilität bei den Dialogen prägen das Spiel statt einfachen und langweiligen Pseudo rätseln, die einfach nur die Lücken füllen sollen um fehlenden Inhalt zu cachieren wie bei vielen heutigen Adventures aus dem Casual Bereich.
