ATOM RPG: Post-apocalyptic indie game

115h played. good game overal, lot off fun. Is it as good as fallout 1 and 2? ...propably not but its hard to say after 20+years when i last time played them, but amount of fun for that price its definitly worth it. | You kinda need to know what you do when you build your character, but its not Path of Exile entry level so you should be fine. It may be unpolished here and there but compared to recent AAA titles ... its a gem.

Imagine Fallout 1 & 2 but Russian, and with a few quality of life enhancements, and you have Atom RPG. A real love letter to the original isometric games, with the same dark humour, and even some quests which if they don't actually copy ones from FO1&2 certainly rhyme with them. I'm still only level 3, and a few hours in, so I can't tell if the early promise will gold, but for silly cheap right now you'd be a fool not to get it. I got all the DLC too, because these devs need encouraging.

I simply couldn't care less about the main plot... Mechanics and all amazing like in Fallout 1 and 2. Worth giving it a go for sure.

Title says all: Fallout in Russia except master replaced by a mushroom and companions AI not good but everything else is very good. Good job devs!

If you like RPGs, look no further. Its like Russian Fallout 1 :)
