Love letter to the Arcade Era
I thought this would be some sort of business simulator, It kinda is but really. If you boil it down what it really is, is a collection of mini games inspired by classic arcade games. So you are running an arcade but it's really surface level to the games them selves. I was surprised how fun this game is actually, If you grew up in the 80's and 90's in the arcade You will love this game. You can tell a lot of effort was put into it, a passion project I would say. Lots of little detail in the game, although there are some spots that could have used more attention. I could list some things that could use improving but honestly they're all fairly minor things. Except 1, The controls, different games use different controls, fair enough but remaping your controls does not translate into the game, action key is E, it's always going to be E no matter what you map it to the game will tell you to press E.. this is beyond annoying it's confusing esp when so many games have different control types, so it is for this reason I have to deduct a star. Ideally I would have liked to have seen per-game remapping options, but whatever, beyond that The game is a lot of fun everything in the game is a mini game in it self like taking out trash or cleaning a toilet.. ya you do that. If you watch the video trailer here on GoG you get a really good idea of how the game goes, what they don't show you in the trailer is that the games are playable and there are a lot of them so if you like classic arcade games you're sure to find a couple you like. It also has a decent soundtrack, everything in this game has that 80's early 90's vibe.
