Ein kleines Retro JRPG Juwel
Was kann man zu diesem Spiel sagen? Spass!!! Und die vielen kleinen Details. Schade, dass es nur in quasi aufgeblähter GameBoy Color Qualität zu spielen ist. So sind einige der Details recht schwer zu sehen....da wäre z.B. wie unsere Helding nach oben schaut nachdem sie eine Falle runtergefallen ist. Oder wie sie sich die Nase zuhält, wenn sie ins Wasser springt. Aber gerade solche Kleinigkeiten sind es, die ich an einem Spiel liebe. Ansonsten, es ist ein typisches JRPG mit allen Vorteilen und Schwächen die diese Spiele haben. Einzig etwas vermisse ich....das Ende...wie gerne würde ich nach dem namensgebendem Ereignis weiterspielen und sehen wie es weitergeht.

Simple but great gem
The game isn't terribly complicated, but it's polished to a mirror shine. It rewards exploration, has a simple open world which integrates the story and map effectively (noseparate world map) . The combat system might be too easy for most, but if you set to the advanced mode then it's almost perfectly challenging. Then every system feels balanced flawlessly. The sprite graphics are similarly simple but enjoyable. Every JRPG fan should give this one a chance!

Exceptional Retro-16bit-like RPG!
These folks were aiming to recreate the feel of JRPG style games from the 16bit era and they have nailed it! This was a wonderful adventure with a great storyline, solid gameplay and an enchanting soundtrack! Without spoilers, the ending had a great finish, yet they left the end open for sequel and I certainly hope they make one! Bravo! If you're a fan of how good games once were, or are a younger player seeking to experience something with the retro vibe, buy this one fellow GOG citizens! Money well spent!

Solid Traditional RPG
First of all, if you encounter screen tearing, go to your video card setting and enable triple buffering. It will solve the issue permanently for this game. As others have pointed out, this is a great traditional RPG. You end up with 4 characters and go through the adventure gaining levels, solving quests, and fighting monsters. The plot is everything you would expect from this kind of RPG. It's is simple, fun, and engaging. The graphics are simple in the old style of SNES days. The music is excellent. There's not much to criticize here. The crafting system is easy because you are told what is needed, an the game provides the ingredients for upgrades via shops and loot. You do not have to worry about foolish recipes that are impossible without a guide. It's a straightforward and fun RPG adventure. Thumbs up.
