Among the Sleep - Enhanced Edition

Even with the addition of the Prologue chapter, the game is still only up to 3 hours long, making its price-to-length ratio less than ideal for some buyers. The overall quality is fairly good, though the end seemed a little too predictable and anticlimactic.

This game is a Kickstarter funded game. I was going to donate to the crowdfund but decided against it. The game is quite a interesting experience. I can't think of much games where you play as a toddler. This is a horror game where you are searching for your mother. The game play just like most first person horror games where it plays like one big game of hide and seek. What helps this game stands out from other similar games is that not only do you play as a toddler but also this game touches on the trauma of child abuse. So while the game is average the uniqueness of the narrative is worthy of a recommendation.

Played for a few hours and the controls are a bit sluggish. Had to turn down graphics settings for performance and then started seeing polygon artifacts in front of me as if I was wearing a hat or something obstructing my view. Great concept, could of been better execution.

linux mint 18. just one evening to make it through, but it definitely worth playing. not just a spooky game, but perfectly designed environment to put yourself deep into the child's fears, find out about what's happening in the family, see what daily stuff turns into when you sleep. could not sleep for half of night after the end of the game.

Indeed it might not be a super scary game, but the eerie atmosphere embraces you just enough. I already knew the ending from a gameplay I watched a couple of years ago, but still loved every bit of it. Although you can beat it in two hours (or even less), don't try to rush it, and just enjoy it
