Alien: Isolation Collection

If you love the horror genre and if you are a fan of Alien, then you owe it to yourself to buy this game. It's amazing!

TLDR: Ich hatte dieses Spiel schon auf Steam erstanden, aber es ist so gut, dass es einen Einzug in meine GOG Sammlung verdient, um in mein Archiv gesicherter Spiele zu wandern. Zugreifen! Dies ist nicht gleichzusetzen mit Alien: Colonial Marines. Alien: Isolation ist Terror pur, ein würdiger Vertreter der Alien Filme und Alien: Colonial Marines ist dagegen geringer als der Staub. Obwohl man noch nicht weit in der Story ist, wird alleine das Warten auf einen Transit zur Tortur, fürchtet man doch jeden Moment, das Alien würde erscheinen. Die Anspannung steigt mit jedem Moment, den man in der Sevastapol Station verbringt. Panische und schießwütige Überlebende, die in euch nur eine Bedrohung sehen, Androiden, die nur ihre unangebrachten Sicherheitsbestimmungen kennen und um jeden Preis umsetzen wollen und natürlich unser säurebluthaltiges Lieblingstier auf steter Suche nach dem nächsten Leckerchen. Wer meint, hier mit Colonial Marines Taktiken rumballern zu können, irrt gewaltig. Sei leise wie eine Maus, lass dich nie von dem Alien sehen und um Himmels Willen lass die Finger vom Abzug! Jeder Schuss wird dem Alien nur eins mitteilen: Es ist angerichtet! Glücklicherweise lässt sich die Brut auch ab und an gut ablenken und wird ihre Runden drehen. Für meinen Geschmack sind diese Runden allerdings zu kurz, aber das würde wohl jeder sagen, der in einem Schrank feststeckt und nur noch auf den Motion Tracker schaut, hoffend und betend, ein vernünftiges Zeitfenster zu erwischen und zu entfliehen. Dieses Spiel wird dich, den Spieler, einführen in eine Welt, in der du ganz unten in der Nahrungskette stehst. Es wird dich erschrecken, es wird dich anspannen und mit seiner Detailtreue schlichtweg begeistern. Gute Flucht! Und immer dran denken: Wirst du gehört, bist du so gut wie tot. Wirst du gesehen, BIST du tot!

For me personally this is the best Alien game ever made. It is a survival horror game so all you mostly do is hide,so keep that in mind. But this game for me is a master piece. The game can be pretty scary and it still gives me nightmares today ! Highly recommended buy !

SO basically, If you call yourself an Alien Universe Fan, you just got to get this game, Period! There is nothing like this out there yet, at least, and probably won't be for some time. IT looks amazing, it feels just about anything from anxiety inducing to feelings of dreadful tension. The immersion level is off the charts, from the visuals, music, sound effects. Everything about this game will make you think twice before you go down this corridor or climb that ladder. JUST PLAY IT!!!

Your wrench accidentally bangs against the bulkhead; thudding footsteps race towards you. You have no weapons to defend yourself. Your adreneline shocks your system; you race from room to room, desparate for a place to hide. Instead, you find a dead-end. You crouch and throw yourself under a nearby workstation. The footsteps pass you by! Heart thundering, you agonize about taking a glance at your motion detector; it's so loud. In the corner of your vision, you see an ugly, utilitarian android stalking towards you. In seconds, he will discover you and promise death. The footsteps thud behind you. Alien: Isolation blends atmosphere, story, and fear to cast you into a truly immersive experience. You are never truly safe. Save points will not save with an enemy nearby. Hiding spots do not provide full cover and alert their use to your pursuer. You must use your wits, skill, and ingenuity to craft traps and plan your way to escape Sevastopol station.
