I dont like go out in the night. Just too dark for me. Torchlight and illu spell wont help much

there is no way to skip time or rest at an inn. Because the party members regenerate health and spellpoints while walking the developers obviously thought that there would be no need in resting.

There's no good way to pass time to day, unfortunately.

There's a command line feature which can make the game brighter. It's more helpful for dungeons, but maybe it can help you spot any important 3D objects while outdoors:
