Hi all,

Please check your game shelf as we've added the Linux version of Wasteland 1 - The Original Classic to your accounts :)

Thanks and enjoy! :)
As I am not running Linux on this machine, I'll just ask: Does the Linux Build use DOSBox?

JudasIscariot: Yes, it uses InXile's own custom DOSBox configuration :)
Very awesome. :) I'll be sure to try it out tonight! Thanks!

A small correction:

The devs incorporated DOSBOx with the game's binary so technically it uses DOSBox but it's native on the user's end :D

How did A# get King of Dragon Pass running on the iPad and even Android?

Probably, on both cases, done by different third-party devs. Interfaces are completely different.

In this case, no. The game engine, which was already multi-platform, required very little work for the iOS version. They did add some minor features to it. The game data & interactive scenes worked as is with the engine. The UI was a complete rewrite however. Android version was outsourced to HeroCraft.

So, those Genesis PC ports ...
