Hello,

I was looking forward to playing W1. Everytime I try to run it, it goes to a black screen, then crashes and closes.

I am running it as an admi, and even tried compatibility mode (Win 8). I'm running Windows 10.

What else can I do?

Try running it in compatibility mode for Win 7/Win XP. Disable Desktop Composition if possible (I know this is in 7, I forget if it's an option in 10)

I know Wasteland works in 7 for sure, haven't tested it the few times I've run on 10 to troubleshoot, so my help is limited.

Support ticket? Worst case you could run it in stock DOSBox though without the enhancements.

Hey guys,

I did contact Customer Support (who were great) and the first thing they recommended worked.

I uninstalled the game, and then...without using GOG Galaxy...I downloaded it again, and ran the Set-Up program as an admin. Worked fine.

Super psyched.
