Hi,

I am running Debian Wheezy (32bit) and as anticipated when I ran the start.sh script I got the notorious "GLIBC 2.15 not found issue", because is it packaged for Ubuntu which uses a newer libc.

However, directly starting WL2 from the /game/ subfolder worked like a charm for me. I haven't really played it yet but main menu and character creation works fine so far, so I'm optimistic ;)

Do you the same problem ?

Thanks,

I have an AMD HD 6670 with proprietary drivers. No tearing with vsync enabled for me.

yea, same problem to me, on a totally different and unsupported OS (fedora 17) the launcher lament the lack of glibc 2.17 (my system has the 2.15) but the WL2 function great.

5-6 hour of gameplay with only once, after exiting the game, a mild totally inconsequential crash

in case in the future it really became a problem we could try to use the LD_PRELOAD or LD_LIBRARY_PATH to load required version of the necessary library (google it in case of need :) )
