balazsfjb: I managed to make it work with a program called asus gpu tweak II which disables a couple of windows services in gaming boost mode.

This game has a lot of issues with many programs running in the background so basically closing non-essential programs could do the trick.
Can confirm - this worked for me as well, after nothing else would. Thanks for sharing.

After deleting the Nvidia container process - the game works fine.
