I'm trying to get back into this game with some others to play online, but I can't remember my login.

Attempts to reset password says: "An error has occured: not found/register". It also requires my original login name, which I don't remember either.

I have my serial and email, but nothing else. Any advice?

It might be worth trying to reset it again. The whole multiplayer servers had gone down for a while and I couldn't even make an account. But now it's back online so there's a good chance your reset will work now.
