Hey all. I'm playing this in 1920x1080.

Does anyone know how to "fix" the resolution whenever dialog is occurring? Many times when characters are conversing it seems as if the camera is too close to them. For instance, their heads are usually cut off the screen. This makes it rather annoying to play, unfortunately.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm hoping you get some positive answers here as I am currently using a monitor bought in 1999 because of that very issue - with every older game. My new screen just stretched things and I couldn't find a fix.
Anyone have a fix?

Widescreen works ok - but as noted here gets truncated in dialogue scenes.
The only work-around I found was to not play widescreen. I set my desktop resolution to 1600x1200 without stretching ("Do not scale" in the NVIDIA Control Panel) and did the same in the game. That worked. Now I have black bars on the sides, but the game is not distorted and the NPC heads are visible during cut scences.

Great! Was wondering what I'd do when my old Trinitron finally died.
