Could you please explain how exactly is Pearl of Dubai fixed?

If I remember correctly people experienced that the charisma bonus continued after dropping it and by retaking it charisma could easily be maximized!

I thought the bug had been that you couldn't pick it up ever again, after dropping it (that is what i experienced in my last play)... Thanks for the clarification. I was even thinking of reporting that, but i assumed it only happened to me or something. It also wouldn't work like other items boosting other stats from the down part of the character's sheet for me, i mean i couldn't abuse it the same way to max the stat with less points invested.

Sadly that bug is still there and unfixable. You can drop and retake the Pearl of Dubai just fine, only once you put it into a container you can't get it out anymore! But I figured anyone who puts away a free Charisma boost deserves this ;).

He he, true enough! But i was experimenting on how to raise Charisma total with fewer points, that is why i put it inside the box... Anyway, thank you very much for your work and dedication! Can't wait for the new final version, am totally going to play at least once through it all (again)!

Troika had an unused variable called G.Extra_LInes which would enable a lot of unused lines in dialogue. I activated it in the patch but of course this should be plus only and not basic. The humanity check was another plus addition that accidentally ended up in the basic patch so I disabled it as well.
