I love UT 2004 but dislike the weapon models, I want the old UT2003 models back, is it possible to turn this on, I have looked everywhere and cannot find any skin mods. I did find a mutator pack but the links to download them are dead.

The two game use the same base engine (of course the UT2004 has better built), which mean they have the same architecture. You can easily replace the weapons by moding the files. Even you can make a mutator if you not want to replace the original files. Personally I can't mod the game, but good luck.
