I check all of the source port pages every few months "just in case". :) Nuvie, Exult, and Pentagram anyway. I just noticed that the most recent Pentagram snapshot was 4/2018. The change log link is broken though. Not sure what's new. It's newer than the last time I played Pagan on it though. Nice to see something happen even if its minor.

The source repository for Pentagram is here. There have only been a few commits over the last several years.. so either the developers lost interest in actively working on it further, or the Pentagram webpage is out of date regarding it's status

Oh, yes, development on all of the above has slowed to a crawl. However, I just noticed the near-current date on the latest SVN binary. I didn't actually go to see what was committed. It was just kinda cool to see that something was worth them adding the new binary to the page.

Pentagram is surprisingly solid as is. I've finished the game a couple of times on it with no glaring issues. (to the point where I'd never play it any other way) Was just interesting to see ANYTHING happen on their site. :)
As you can see at https://github.com/pentagram-u8/pentagram/commits/master on January 3rd 2018, I committed a fix, since Kirben, our snapshot maker lives in Australia, his new snapshot was from the next day :)
(what really worries me is that my OS X snapshots are either not uploaded or somehow have the wrong date :( )
The Exult and Pentagram efforts are much appreciated!

Nice!

I actually played all the way through U8 on Pentgram for OS X about a year or so ago. No glaring issues that I found. A few little odd things, but I couldn't say one way or the other if that wasn't just U8-weirdness to begin with. :D

Love all these ports, and it's cool to see that they still get updates once in a while. I used to follow the IRC logs, but now just check the binary dates once every few months. "just in case"
Thanks guys!
