It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Edit: Disregard everything. After fiddling with some settings I've found that opening the Tzar config file located in the installation directory and setting the DIRECTXDEVICE to = 0 fixes the problem.

I'm not entirely sure what I can do at this point.

Usually whenever I get an issue like this with a game I can fiddle with the resolution until it works but seeing as the game runs in 4:3 resolutions (Which work on my display) I can only deduce that the refresh rate is set to something ungodly beyond what my screen can handle.

I simply don't know how to get this thing to display properly. The closest I've managed is to force the game to run windowed - but playing an RTS game in a window is a pain in the neck.

I've tried setting Vsync on in the nvidia control panel and i'm just out of ideas. Might need to ask for a refund on this one.
