Now that the sequel is here with Linux version, it'd be so nice to see the port for the first game too.

tabsterleir: Is there any chance the Linux version of T1 will be coming to gog or will it remain a humblebundle exclusive?

LordShujin: +1. The developers have already completed the port, and need only forward it to GOG's distribution platform
Because it's said to be terribly broken and the devs apparently don't intent to work on it. - so not going to happen. It's not even available on Steam.

Thanks
It can't be that hard, Torchlight and Torchlight II use the same cross platform technologies.
I guess they simply no longer care about Torchlight.

From my brief experience Torchlight II seems to be the supperior game, except that you have no idea what's going on when you did not play part 1.
The only bug I know about is the disappearing mouse cursor and that can be solved through the integrated libsdl2, which is copied to the libraries-folder of the installation. So I'd appreciate the Linux-version after FEZ and Bastion are now also available after even three years. :)

jorditimon: +1 Torchlight for Linux, pls.
Yes! Please GOG. +1 Torchlight for Linux!!!! Please!!!! Please!!!
+1 I want a Linux Version.
There is the linux version on humblebundle, why not GOG?
the humble-bundle Linux port has 2 flaws, 1. it takes hackey fixes to make it work on modern Linux 2. its impossible to mod it. so if that isn't a deal breaker for you, buy it on humble, otherwise it's got a platinum rating on proton/steam play
