Tombraider 1. Main menu just spins very fast. Can't select anything. Nothing wrong with my keyboard. It seems this game is not detecting the arrow keys correctly. Anyone else with this problem?

I know some people have this issue when using a gamepad. I don't have a gamepad or joystick plugged in.

Perhaps you already resolved this problem but if not: the problem is related to the input controler in dosbox, if you had a joystic and is not enable bfore to start tr1 happend that.
To resolve ir is before start of tr1 test if the controller is not in savemode/power off, if not change the option of joystic type in tr_config.conf to none
