The minisode is just about 20 minutes long, and is meant to be played front-to-end in a little marathon, as there is no save feature (or menus, for that matter). It takes place around the holiday season, at the local branch of Sigmund Corp where Eva & Neil are employed.

It's a shame to learn from that link that A Bird Story has been delayed, and has no definite release date. Back when I posted http://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/a_bird_story it was 'due in mid-2013'. It's nice to have something to tide us over, though.

It would have been helpful OP if you mentioned in the title that it was FREE. As this is an important consideration for some people.

No, the DLC is NOT on GOG yet.
