hi I bought the game and installed it and added all the extras and everything it said to do and the game when i click start it just blinks and never starts please help

If you haven't already, try the following

- run the game from a desktop shortcut, instead of GOG Galaxy
- run the game from the .exe file within your install directory
- verify/repair the game within the GOG Galaxy program
- uninstall and do a clean install, then allow Galaxy to update to the latest patch

now when i try to play it says release in less than an hour what does that mean?

and this time it seemed to have down loaded everything because last time i had to do it all manually and this time it did it all

It sounds to me like you have not updated with patches. That is what it said prior to release.

Try this (from FAQ; it is not exactly the same but give it a try):

Q.: I installed the game and it is well after 19th May, Galaxy still displays 'Waiting for release' and the 'Play' button is greyed out. What can I do?

A.:
1. Exit Galaxy
2. Open it up again
3. Select the game, click More -> Manage -> Verify/Repair
4. Wait for the patching process to finish
5. Play

Did you install Patch 1.08.2? There used to be a separate Patch 1.02 as a required install to unlock the game on the release day and forward. I just looked at my account library, and it seems like Patch 1.08.2 is the combination of 1.02 and 1.08.2, indicated by this "1.02+ -> 1.08.2"

So, if you haven't applied Patch 1.08.2, the game won't unlock. If you have, I don't have a clue what's causing the message.

I don't use GOG Galaxy software, but to my understanding, it suppose to do it automatically. Me, I used GOG Downloader and manually installed everything.

i have tried everything it still doesnt work. to me this is just to much trouble to play a $60 game
whats crazy is now it doesnt say that now it says installed and it still wont work

Give it another try. This time with GOG Galaxy uninstalled from you your computer. Instead use GOG Downloader.
