is the german language pack for blood and wine now in the installation included?

untill the update 1.31 i can´t find no entry my bibyothek anymore.

That got my attention as well tough I believe the languagepack is not included, or GoG yet again failed at providing proper installers for their languagepacks (2.0.0.44: 6,92 GB (7.433.568.821 Bytes) and 2.0.0.45: 5,92 GB (6.362.114.100 Bytes)) while the current exp2 has: 6,05 GB (6.505.291.280 Bytes).

The Old installers had (without languagepack):
2.0.0.44: 6,99 GB (7.511.606.199 Bytes)
2.0.0.45: 6,99 GB (7.511.628.713 Bytes)

Proper Changelogs could help but....
