Warning Spoilers,

Went to the Isle in Skell. Have done all other story line, Completed almost everything to do in White Orchard/Velen/Novigrad/ Skel sidequest wise/ witcher Contracts.

Talked to the Villagers, got all info with Yennifer.
Tried several times rebooting/previous saves same result.

When examining witcher since areas Geralt acknowledges they are there, by kneeling, though the area's remain red as if not inspected and no dialog to boot.

Morkvarg is sitting at bottom of steps his name appears in Blue, and he is apparently eating something non visible that I'm able to examine with similar results as above. Wolves also appear in the area they all stand there like retards with blue names. Morkvarg has a dialog icon by his name but no way to talk to him.

Can't open any doors they are all locked with no key to use.

Yennifer says nothing but makes jokes about wolves with Geralt in limited conversation.

This is a main story line breaker right here. I tried anything and everything I could think of, Axii stuns Morkvarg and mind control makes him walk in a circle an commence eating whatever it is he is eating. Threw bombs at him thinking it may work like the broken herbalist that wouldn't respond that started responding after several bombs hit him and knocked him off chair and mashing A button repetitively.

Im a completionist, not for the achievements, or anything they stopped working after patch 1.02 and I could care less for that mumbo jumbo but this is a deal breaker here.

Saw similar results with the Fools Gold quest that never completed, because no Pig was there to talk too. This Bug is not cool.

AMD Black Edition 8 core fx9590 4.7Gz 5.0Gz, was clocked at 5.8 for a day no problem, I leave it at 4.7Ghz though, all cores unparked from registry manually, so yes all 8 are on and Water cooled Nepton 280l, in Coolermaster Stryker Full Tower Case, not cluttered. 16G 8X8 G.Skill RipjawsX 1866 unlocked Ram. DX11, Windows 7 Ultimate, Crosshair V Formula-Z Mobo, Nvidia GTX 780ti 3G SC edition $900 dollar Enthuist card unlocked, Raid configed SSD Samsung 240 G SSDs OS drive, 2 TB WD Storage, Nothing on it but TW3, And only OS running on my main SSD. So drives have ample space.. 1300Watt 80+gold Name brand non cheapo PSU, Cheapo PSU's kill nice builds and I know this so I didn't skimp.

If I understand what you're saying, and only the word 'Morkvarg' gives any clue to what you *are* saying, then you have ballsed up royally. Firstly, the Morkvarg quest is a contract. Secondly, Yennefer will not go with you on contracts. She will only go with you to Freya's Garden as part of the very early Skellige storyline, right after you both inspect the ruined forest that Ciri caused. So then, if you have, as you say, completed all storyline and quests, what you describe is impossible. Something is not right, and I don't mean a bug.
Morkvarg is not part of the Nameless quest.
The bug with the nameless quest is you examine the bloodstain on the top of the well & get the quest.
If you jump down the well without examining the bloodstain you will then get the quest, but it will stay in your journal for ever.

Have you jumped in the well & got Craven's body for Yennefer?

I will reword this very simply.

I did all quest in White Orchard. Including Secondary quest.

I did basically the same in Velen, followed by Novigrad.

During the Novigrad quest I got the little side quest for pearl searching in Skell, thus I did that, and bought all map locations for fast travel off the merchants, and thus I did every contract/sidequest that was offered there before meeting Yennifer for the first time.

Consequently, I did not start the Ciri questline in Skell, till all other offered quest there were completed.

After they were completed, I finished all the Ciri and other quest lines in Novigrad and Velen.

Then I returned to Skell. And initiated the story quest line with Yennifer, went to the funeral, talked to Crach beat the shit outta Madman Lugos, raided the Druid's lab. Banged Yenns brains out on a Unicorn AKA "Shagging" and "Smoked a fag" or known here simply as "had a smoke." Talked to Crach again, and agreed to help his kids.
From there, I killed the giant, and helped the daughter, came back completed all the other available quest aside from meeting Yen at the spot where Ciri had been found. Helped the daughter to become the new head of all the Isle.
Then after all that stuff was completed I met up with Yen at the spot where Ciri had arrived. Completed that part of the quest. Followed Yen to the southern Isle that had been attacked by The Wild Hunt. Thus I am at that point. Following Yen to the garden where the wenches of the village told us to go, and thus I am with yen at that point and nothing is working.

When I say nothing is working it means, I see the spot where the blood is in the garden. I investigate it....Nothing happens, it remains red, Geralt looks at it and says nothing. I follow the trail all the way around nothing is responding to examining, there are wolves in the garden, they all have Blue names meaning I can't attack them. Nor do they attack me. There is also Morkvarg sitting on the bottom step with his name in Blue thus he is not gonna attack nor can I attack him. He does however have a dialog box next to his blue name. However I can not talk to him, because I am assuming he is in the middle of eating the guy we were looking for.

When I said I hit him with Axii and bombs, I did this because sometimes I have found that it works when an npc is bugging, though that is rare I still tried. I threw bombs at him to no avail. Yen is standing above him at the top of the stairs. When I talk to her, she only makes a response about wolf jokes. I hope that clarified things.

So a short summary is Yen went to the spot and I didn't follow her till the new king had been reinstated, Nothing told me to do that, Crach asked a favor so I did it before I met up with Yen.

I also mentioned above I had a similar bug in another quest earlier on in the game, and that was with the DLC quest "Fools Gold," A similar thing happened in that quest where there was no pig in the cave that I was able to talk to to complete the quest. However on a side note, since then, when I enter certain areas of Novigrad the paupers Oink at me as I pass them by.

I hope that clarified it.

This defiantly causes a point of irreversible damage to the story line, making it a bug that breaks the game. That doesn't exactly mean everyone will experience this particular bug. But some will and I am 1 who has thus far, there may be others. In this case it breaks the storyline of the game late on into the game making it very annoying.

I hope that is clear enough for you.

Unfortunately, I am thus far unable to find the well. This may be from land changing over the hundreds of hours played. there is a Huge tree and what looks like small opening at the base of the roots with grates preventing me from falling through, and also what looks like it may have been a well at one point that is full of dirt in my game.

From that dry well, head east, jump down onto a lean to & then cross the bridge. Up the stairs in the wall.
You'll come to two levers that work the sluice gates, open the middle gate (opposite you)
swim through there & climb up. then over & to your left somewhere is the well.

Found it thanks! had to do a little improvising the levers were not opening the gate. So I had to jump over one of the blocked off water lockes. Thanks
