At the moment the German Audio Files are missing. Does the german language pack contains the audio files of the dlc? I have installed the language pack, but maybe it has been updated.

You don´t need a German Language Pack for Heart of Stone.
Download the HoS Package which is available, it contains German Language Audio

That's the point, i have installed HoS and if i speak with an NPC from this dlc, there is no sound. I changed the language setting to english and it worked.

The german audio files for the maingame exists, but the new dialogs has only the subtitles without voice. They not even moving lips - it's strange...

I reinstalled the expansion and now it works. Maybe I have selected english on the installer and that was the reason.

Are you using offline install or GOG Galaxy install?

I'm having the same problem except with Polish Audio. I would assume our two issues are related. I too am using the Offline Installer. Will try the GOG Installer.

The english audiofiles from the dlc are working. The depc.w3speech file is just missing.

Sry, but this advice doesn't work. I reinstalled the dlc and the audio language was german. It does not make a difference...
